Alexis began her career as a captive agent, mastering the fundamentals of insurance distribution before founding her own Managing General Agency (MGA). There, she trained and employed 26 single mothers, empowering them to excel in insurance careers. Her journey also includes serving as a broker in Mercer’s benefits division at Marsh McLennan Company and advancing cyber insurance innovations at Cowbell Cyber, where she led distribution and agency marketing.
