With over 15 years of expertise in the insurance industry, Josh is currently driving growth in BMS' Capital Solutions & Advisory supporting BMS’ dedicated Programs business, ProLink. His role consists of being a dedicated customer advocate, strategic thought partner, and expert advisor for Agencies, MGAs, InsurTechs and Funds seeking or deploying capital within the insurance space. 

Josh started his insurance journey as an underwriter at Zurich North America, gaining experience in construction and international middle market underwriting before taking a leap into corporate strategy and M&A.
